General Information

It’s a traditional Finnish-style sauna built on a floating platform, allowing you to enjoy heat therapy while surrounded by water and nature.

We are located in the Marina of Salaberry-de Valleyfield, QC. Detailed directions will be provided in your booking confirmation

When you book a shared or private session, you have access to the following amenities:
Cedar sauna
Lakewater plunge area
Outside fireplace area
Building with four private showers and toilets – 150 meters from the main building
Changing rooms in the main building and in the sauna
Cubbies for your belongings (supervised)
Towels and flip flops for purchase/rent

A change of clothes and bathing suit
Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off after your session)
Bathrobe (optional)
Sandals or flip-flops
Non-glass water bottles

Changing area available
Bathrooms and shower are available on site (150 meters from saunas)
Access to the water for cold plunge

The sauna reaches 70–90°C (158–194°F).

Sessions last 75minutes (incuding time to change into swimwear)

Yes, in the private sauna you will be provided a Bluetooth speaker for your playlist .
Booking & Pricing

Bookings can be made online through our website. Select your date, time, groups size and type of booking.

Prices start at $35 for a 75 minutes session in the communal session. For private session the price starts at $150 for a 75 minutes session for 2 people, with a $20 increase per person, up to 6 people.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable.

Plans changed? No problem! You can reschedule your session directly through the customer portal if it’s more than 48 hours in advance.

Reservations are highly recommended since we cannot guarantee a spot when you show up. Booking is available online.
Safety & Rules

Yes, signing a waiver is mandatory for everyone prior to using our saunas and cold plunge.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, and can only be in the private sauna.

It is usually not recommended for pregnant women to use a sauna or do a cold plunge. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before using the sauna.

We strongly recommend anyone with an existing medical condition to seek advice from their medical practitioner about the safety of using hot and cold therapy before booking.

Alcohol is not allowed for safety reasons.

No, outside food and drinks (other than non-glass water bottles) will not be allowed on the premises.

No, diving is not allowed since the lake is not deep enough (1.80 meters deep). The cold plunge should be done through the laders.
Weather & Seasonal Info

We operate in most weather conditions, but in case of storms or strong winds, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost.

We are operating from mid-October to May, while the Marina is closed for normal operations.
